Hitech
News – Christmas & After
having a very hectic year it is good to see that Christmas is around the
corner and we will all get a chance to have a bit of a break and recharge
the batteries. I
would like to personally thank all of our clients for their support and
good will this year and in the previous years and hope that everyone has a
safe and Merry Christmas. I
would also like to wish everyone a Happy and Prosperous New
Year. We
will be closed on Friday 22nd December 2006 and will open for normal
trading on Monday 8th December 2006. During the closed period we will be
available for Emergency support only. Our office phones will be
diverted to a mobile, when reporting your problem you need to include your
name, company name and a contact phone number with a brief description of
the problem. An engineer will then phone you back to assist with the
problem. Here
is a sneak preview of what is happening with Hitech in the new
year…
Hitech
Support is launching a new internal division that will focus on selling
products and licensing for various vendors. A dedicated team will work
independently from the services and support team to provide fast and
price-competitive quotes. The
creation of this new division is a direct result of the feedback we have
received from our customers over the year who do not
realise
that
we are partners with most of the leading vendors. We can be quite
competitive to not only provide the necessary specialised
services
but also the products and licenses to meet your requirements.
Our
product portfolio includes Cisco, Microsoft, HP, IBM, Sophos, Sonicwall,
and many of the other leading vendors.
The
division will be headed by Things
to watch out for in 2007
We
are also predicting very interesting times in the Server
Virtualisation,
VoIP, Wireless and Remote Access areas in 2007...
