Real-Time Monitoring Services

Support is just about to release our new Real-Time Monitoring Service and
give all our customers the opportunity to upgrade their existing Monthly
Maintenance agreements to a more pro-active service. The benefits
include real-time systems health monitoring for servers, network devices,
routers, firewalls, Internet and WAN links. This will allow us to
potentially identify problems at the earliest possible stage and
proactively address issues before they cause network downtime. For
Servers, everything from hard disk space, memory
utilisation
and event logs can be monitored, allowing remediative action to be

SSL VPN makes it simple: no client software is required. New
sessions are created with the same level of security and no hassle
for the end user. A token is deployed to each remote user and
registered along with the user’s username and password. User must
log in with Username and enter password with the token’s displayed
number appended to their password. Note: This can also be used for
internal network authentication to reduce the frequency of forcing
users to change their passwords.
