This allows us to be vendor-independent when we recommend solutions for our clients - we focus on choosing the right products to match client needs, making sure we have the right fit.

Product requirements, reliability, scalability, price and performance are all key elements that influence our decision-making process and we talk with our clients about each element to ensure our recommendation hits the mark.

All product choices are thoroughly tested internally using our ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System and are verified in our lab before they are recommended to meet a client's requirement.

Monitoring and Reporting

One of the key requirements to managing an information system is being able to easily and seamlessly monitor and report on activity including the status of critical services in real-time.  This enables us to also quickly and easily detect potential problems and outages.

Hitech Support uses proven industry leading tools to provide our clients with the most effective and appropriate solution.  We use tools from Webspy, EiQ, Exinda, Solarwinds, as well as our own proprietary software which is linked into our bespoke Client Management System (CMS). More>

Our vast experience in this area allows us to offer a very wide range of products to specifically meet a client's unique requirements.

Internet Services

Hitech Support is a registered ISP with the Telecommunications Ombudsman. We resell services from all of the leading service providers including Telstra, Optus, Verizon, Uecom, SPTel.

Having the option to choose from such an array of service providers allows us to choose the best end-to-end product for building reliable WAN and VPN links.

Servers & Networking

Our involvement in deploying servers over the last 14 years means we understand better than most that only high quality leading brand servers should be deployed in any size organisation. Why? It's simple - the quality of the underlying hardware and networking equipment provides the foundation from which the applications and services run. You want to make sure you have solid foundations in place.

Hitech Support recommends the following servers for our client environments; HP, IBM and Dell. We also recommend the HP, 3COM and Cisco switches and routers.

Although these are commodity products, Hitech Support maintains its quality approach to recommending only proven industry leading products.
